# What You Need:

17 - 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

# Directions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water. Set aside.

05 - Fold in most of the cotija cheese, reserving a bit for garnish.
